The new revolutionary technique by Bõln consists of plant-based polyurethane foam expressly designed for outdoor furniture used in shared or public spaces. All Flexyskin products are soft, non-deformable, resistant, antibacterial, fire retardant, waterproof and made without any seams, using eco-sustainable raw materials and following safety standards.‎ Now available in Australia.

Eco-Friendly

The raw material of the polyurethane foam used for the Flexyskin technique comes from green waste and is certified by REDcert.

Despite their robust look, the polyurethane foam surfaces are soft and pliable to provide a comfortable rest.

The furniture surfaces have antifungal and antibacterial properties certified by the JIS Z 2801 (ISO 22196).

The furniture is waterproof and has an organic design produced by the Flexyskin technique that makes it easy to clean on a regular basis. Certified to the UNE-EN 12720 standard.

Waterproof

Water will not seep into Flexyskin surfaces, that is what makes our products so perfect for outdoor environments. Certified to the UNE-EN ISO 811 standard.

Seamless

Abrasion

A commercial grade fabric has a Martindale score of over 30,000. Flexyskin has a score of over 100,000 cycles, ensuring the highest of standards.

Fire Retardant

Flexyskin material is not flammable and does not spread flames, which is crucial in shared spaces. Certified to BS 5852-06 crib 5, UNE-EN 1021:15 and UNE-EN 1021-2-15 standards.

Safe

The entire manufacturing process is completely safe, having been tested on metal migration to materials and compatible for domestic use. Certified to the EN 71-3:2019 standard.
